- Documenting and communicating processes and propose improvements;
- Coordinate meetings, activities, and make follow-ups;
- Preparation and analysis of metric graphs

Requirements:
- Course: Computer Science, Engineering
Computing, Information Systems and Analysis
Systems;
- Advanced English;
- Formation and Dez/2014 between Dez/2013;
- Availability for internship 6h/day;
- Desirable knowledge and understanding of ITIL;
- Desirable knowledge and understanding in
Project management;
- Advanced Office Package
